Your Role:
You will be involved in providing third level remote support in the field of Windows operating system.
Required Skills:
More than 3-4 years of experience in administration and maintenance;
Experience in Windows NT/XP/2000/2003/;
Experience in MS Windows Server 2003, MS Cluster services, Active Directory;
MCP/MCSA/MCSE certificates will be considered as a strong advantage;
Understanding of users and group policy;
High competence in troubleshooting and bug fixing;
Ability to work in a team and to integrate into complex projects;
Very good command of English.
Your responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day (in a 24 x 7 operations environment Service Support Center) management and support in terms of:
Designing, implementing and operating of system environments;
Planing and operating of migrations;
Backup/restore, disaster recovery, monitoring und security;
Providing and administrating of group guidelinies;
Administration and maintenance.
