0Your Role:

You will be involved in providing second level remote support in the field of Windows operating system.


Required Skills:

• At least one year of experience in administration and maintenance;
  
• Experience in Windows NT/XP/2000/2003/;
  
• Experience in MS Windows Server 2003, MS Cluster services;
  
• MCP/MCSA/MCSE certificates will be considered as a strong advantage;
  
• Understanding of users and group policy;
  
• High competence in troubleshooting and bug fixing;
  
• Ability to work in a team and to integrate into complex projects;
  
• Good command of English.
  

Your responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day (day shifts) management and support in terms of:
  
• Designing, implementing and operating of system environments;
  
• Planing and operating of migrations;   
  
• Backup/restore, disaster recovery, monitoring und security;
  
• Providing and administrating of group guidelinies;
  Administration and maintenance.
